The difference in mold remediation.

Fresno Pure Maintenance is part of a national network using the same patented dry-fog process that has remediated mold in tens of thousands of homes, schools, hospitals, and government buildings since 2007. We brought it home to the Central Valley.

Unparalleled technology

Patented VaPure Dry-Fog Technology

The same patented dry-fog process used by Pure Maintenance globally — now serving Fresno and Clovis homes. We don't replace harmful mold with harmful chemicals. Our sterilant is professional-grade and safe for families and pets when used as directed.

1-Day Mold Remediation

Setup, two-stage treatment, and clearance ventilation typically wrap inside a single day — most families are back home by dinner.

No Demolition, No Tear-Outs

Our 7-micron dry fog penetrates porous materials and cavities, so walls, ceilings, and finishes stay intact in nearly every job.

Professional-Grade Sterilant

Hospital-grade sterilant that breaks down into water and oxygen. Safe around kids, pets, electronics, books, and soft furnishings.

Reaches Where Traditional Methods Can't

Fills the full volume of the structure — HVAC ducts, attic insulation, behind drywall, inside cabinets, and under sinks.

Two-stage process: a sterilant fog neutralizes mold spores on contact, then a second antimicrobial fog leaves a protective barrier that resists regrowth — without residue, smell, or stains.

The two-stage process

A sterilant fog, then a protective fog.

Mold isn't just on the surface — spores travel into wall cavities, HVAC ducts, attic insulation, and the porous fibers of soft goods. A surface scrub can't reach them. A 7-micron dry fog can.

Stage 1 — Sterilant fog

A professional-grade sterilant is atomized into a 7-micron dry fog that fills the entire volume of the structure. The droplets are small enough to move like a gas — through cracks, into ductwork, behind drywall, into cabinets — and neutralize mold spores on contact. The active ingredient breaks down into water and oxygen, leaving no residue.

Stage 2 — Protective fog

A second antimicrobial fog lays down an invisible, bonded barrier on every treated surface. New spores that land are denied a foothold, so mold can't re-establish on the same surfaces that were just cleaned. The result is a home that's not only treated — it's protected going forward.

Why dry fog reaches what wipes can't

Built for the parts of your home you can't scrub.

Particle size matters

At ~7 microns, droplets behave like a gas, not a mist. They penetrate porous surfaces and follow airflow into hidden cavities.

Dwell time matters

The treatment is held inside the sealed structure long enough to ensure sporicidal contact in the spaces a tech can never physically reach.

Chemistry matters

Vapor peracetic acid is one of the few sterilants validated to sanitize mold spores at room temperature — and to break down cleanly afterward.
